EBM who are an established and growing insurer in the Australian and Asia Pacific market have engaged Pegboard to begin a staged digital transformation project across their Rentcover business utilising Pegboard SILicone. Through the vision and leadership of Executive GM of Rentcover, Mr. Mark Tinsley and National IT & T Manager Mr. Mike Yates the stage one project will begin to deliver EBM clients a new approach to services. Based on user experience and engagement the first release of the software engagement will deliver better productivity and transparency across the Claims department within the organisation's Rentcover business.
